Training Minions [1] were medium-sized Minions found around the Minion Training Center.
The Training Minions served to educate other Minions on how to properly utilize gadgets, most notably the Vac-U 4000. They could also perform cleaning tasks, much like the Cleaner Minion and Rift-Jumper Minion.
