Weapons[]
Combuster[]
Blast your opponents into oblivion with high-velocity plasma balls!
Magma Combuster[]
The Magma Combuster nanotech auto-upgrade gives the wielder control of three barrels of radioactive superheated plasma destruction. Perfect for resolving minor automotive disputes, lighting barbecues or spreading democracy to third world galaxies. (GrummelNet is not legally responsible for providing an exit strategy for said conflicts.)
Fusion Grenade[]
Nothing ruins an enemy's day like a thermonuclear hand grenade!
Fusion Bomb[]
The Fusion Bomb contains a cluster of GrummelNet's patented "Intelli-Seeking Pyrocidic Nitroballs". These devastating Nitroballs will bounce toward your foes and deliver a resounding and unmitigated form of justice.
Shock Ravager[]
Shielded enemies will think twice about attacking after feeling the wrath of an electrified energy whip!
Lightning Ravager[]
GrummelNet's coveted Lightning Ravager is the only weapon in the galaxy to harness the mysterious power of quantum lightning. The "quantum chaining" feature is greatly improved in this upgrade to the Shock Ravager, as searing bolts of lightning intelligently seek out and strike other foes over a greater distance each time an enemy is hit. Originally conceived as a bath time toy, the technology was repurposed by GrummelNet's weapons division on the advice of our legal department.
Tornado Launcher[]
Create and control your own cataclysmic tornados using patented Gadgetron technology! Trailer Park sold separately.
Tempest Launcher[]
The Tempest Launcher's devastating storms have been rated up to F6 on the Fujita scale. Lightning bolts streak out of each tornado, smiting your foes with 900 gigavolts of untamed static electric fury.
Buzz Blades[]
Expels high-velocity rounds of lethal blades designed to ricochet off any surface!
Doom Blades[]
The Doom Blades are the most highly advanced form of GrummelNet's "Smirking Ninja" weapon line. Each blade is soaked in a high molarity, raritanium-piercing hydro-chloro-biocidic acid that will continue damaging your foes long after the blade has found its mark.
Predator Launcher[]
Enemies can run, but they can't hide from this launcher's new and improved laser guided lock-on system!
Raptor Launcher[]
Raptor Rockets are GrummelNet's answer to the age old question: "Why can't I shoot seeker ammo and drop incendiary goo at the same time?" Thanks to the latest breakthroughs in nanotech auto-upgrades, Raptor Rockets now provide you with the seeking missiles you've grown to love plus an extra splash of hot, sticky napalm in every shot!
Alpha Disruptor[]
This Lombax-engineered weapon fires a quantum burst of isokinetic energy capable of destroying almost any unfriendly vessel!
Alpha Cannon[]
The Alpha Cannon is so powerful it was once thought to be the lost "Lombax Secret". It improves upon the Alpha Disruptor's already fearsome firepower by creating a massive explosive impact with every enemy it hits. If there are any foes within 12 cubits of the blast radius, rest assured you won't be seeing them in the sequel.
Pyro Blaster[]
This kerchu-engineered flamethrower offers your enemies two choices: regular or extra crispy!
Incinerator[]
The Incinerator boasts twin intertwining streams of scorching superhot plasma. GrummelNet smore kit sold separately.
Plasma Beasts[]
These synthetic bodyguards will lay dormant until enemies move in, then strike with lethal efficiency!
Plasma Stalker[]
GrummelNet's Plasma Stalkers are a highly evolved form of the popular Plasma Beast line. The Stalkers have the unique ability to burrow into the ground and reappear next to you wherever you go. Perfect for the intergalactic commando on the go!
Shard Reaper[]
Perforate your foes with high-velocity spikes of Trillium Ore!
Nitro Reaper[]
The Nitro Reaper extends the functionality of the ever popular Shard Reaper by injecting highly compressed liquid hydrogen in each shard. Freeze your enemies stiff, and then laugh at them mercilessly! Cragmite popsicle kit sold separately.
Negotiator[]
Blow your opponents to smithereens with the final word in rocket-propelled incendiary devices!
Judicator[]
A favorite with Teamsters, the Judicator is a triple barreled version of GrummelNet's high-end Negotiator. Firing three rockets at a time, the Judicator is perfect for invading small galaxies or enforcing picket lines.
Nano-Swarmers[]
A single hive deploys dozen of nanosects that attack your enemies with pyrocidic stingers!
Toxic Swarmers[]
Toxic Swarmers improve the already formidable nanosects, by giving each one a toxic injection of Zanifarian death weasel venom.
Mag-Net Launcher[]
Uses polarized raritanium pellets to cast an electromagnetic mesh over your enemies!
Mag-Net Cannon[]
The Mag-Net Cannon creates super-voltaic Mag-Nets that not only imprison your foes, but also explode! If this unprecedented combination of electric shock and combustible awe doesn't finish off your enemies, you should seriously consider switching sides.
Razor Claws[]
Lacerate your enemies in style using wrist-mounted laser splitters!
Shredder Claws[]
While many at GrummelNet argued that the Razor Claws were far too dangerous to be made upgradeable, we ultimately decided to let the customer be the judge. The Shredder Claws release a powerful Floomis Energy shockwave on their third strike, sending your enemies shattering and scattering with the flick of your wrist.
RYNO IV[]
A weapon so dangerous and illegal that its schematics were destroyed and its designers locked up in a maximum security asylum on planet Pokitaru.
RYNO IV XTREME/RYNO 4-Ever[]
The R.Y.N.O. 4-Ever has been declared a myth by the Galactic Society of Implausible Weapon Designs. Rumors have persisted on the Holo-Web that this upgrade to the R.Y.N.O. IV is theoretically possible, but the subject is so controversial that merely mentioning it has been grounds for six months in an intergalactic penitentiary. If you should hear any information about the R.Y.N.O. 4-Ever, let alone encounter the actual weapon itself, you are advised to cover your eyes and ears and loudly hum show tunes of your choice. This weapon, should it even exist, is far too dangerous, illegal and downright gameplay destabilizing to ever be used. Ever. We mean it.
Inventory[]
O2 Mask[]
Never let a lack of oxygen keep you from saving the galaxy! This incredible mask will actually synthesize and recycle oxygen while you explore underwater areas and outer space!
Geo-Laser[]
The Geo-Laser allows Clank to cut through cracked, weakened walls. Use the light over Ratchet's head as a guide and press when it's solid green.
Infobot[]
Although the optical relay has been damaged, the message contained inside appears to be intact. Perhaps your ship has the necessary equipment to unlock its message!
3 3/4 Centicubit Hexagonal Washer[]
An unusual gift from The Plumber, this looks like an ordinary washer used to fix leaking pipes and oversized hydraulic toilets (otherwise known as interplanetary transportation gizmos).
Decryptor[]
A favored gadget amongst thieves, criminals, and hackers, the Decryptor allows its user to bypass and security protocol to gain access to restricted areas and launch pads. It also plays MP3s, snaps pictures, and does your homework while you sleep.
Gyro-Cycle[]
Originally developed by the Center for Advanced Lombax Research, this single-seat transportation device has been modified with a terrathruster to rocket its user to their final destination!
Box Basher 2000[]
Allows you to smash crates with greater efficiency using patent-pending air blast technology!

These gruesome little figurines bear an uncanncy resemblance to Emperor Tachyon. Collect all six!
Holo-Plan[]
You have uncovered part of a highly classified holo-plan belonging to the Gadgetron Corporation. Holo-plans are the sole property of Gadgetron, and the very act of making eye contact with its proprietary secrets is prohibited by the Board of Trustees. Contact your local Gadgetron outlet immediately, and return the holo-plan. Do NOT, under any circumstances, construct the device this holo-plan depicts!
Gadgets[]
Swingshot[]
The Swingshot is one of the most popular and essential gadgets in any adventurer's inventory. Manufactured exclusively by Gadgetron, the Swingshot is compatible with a broad range of Versa-Targets across nineteen galaxies. Just leap toward any target, press and your trusty Swingshot will automatically equip and latch on, propelling you gracefully out of the path of danger.
Heli-Pods[]
GrummelNet's patented Heli-Pods are a safe and convenient method for lifting massive weights or hazardous objects. Just shoot out a Heli-Pod at any object affixed with a self-adhesive Heli-Target, and let the surprisingly strong whirring propeller work its magic!
Gelanator[]
The Gelanator is a GrummelNet utility gadget sold exclusively to the Gelatonium Mining Workers Union and their licensed signatories. This gadget allows the operator to drain or fill any standard G4-MW isobaric gelatonium pump in the Polaris Galaxy.
Holo-Pirate disguise[]
This pint-sized holo-morphic pirate disguise was created by Percival Tachyon himself. Tachyon intended to use the disguise to spy on Slag's pirate crew in case they were plotting against him. But Tachyon's plan was thwarted when his lack of rhythm prevented him from getting past pirate security doors. Tachyon later offered the disguise as a prize in his Imperial Fight Festival, hoping to lure Captain Slag to his death in the Imperial Arena.
Heli-Pack[]
The Heli-Pack allows you to perform a High Jump by jumping from a crouched position. To perform a Long Jump, run and crouch then immediately jump. To Glide, simply press and hold while in the air.
Thruster-Pack[]
The Thruster Pack upgrade has High Jump, Long Jump, and Glide features just like the Heli-Pack.
Robo-Wings[]
These powerful robotic wings, when charged, will allow their owner to fly. The wings are constructed from a very unusual zeptotech upgrade technology that is far more advanced than the nanotech upgrades used throughout most galaxies. Despite their strangely technological origins, these wings were designed to be compatible with the gelatonium-fueled Launch Pads that are found throughout the Polaris Galaxy.
Hydro-Pack[]
The Hydro-Pack upgrade is a black market offering. This upgrade significantly increases swim speed and will even let you swim against currents. Fortunately, Clank comes equipped with this upgrade thanks to your previous adventures.
Grindboots[]
Ah, your old trusty Grindboots. Use this device to slide along specially designed rails, dodging obstacles in a frantic fight for your own life. It's an extreme sport, but you love it!
Gravity Boots[]
The Gravity Boots magnetically lock to special metallic surfaces, allowing Ratchet to run up walls and across the ceiling.
Charge Boots[]
The Charge Boots contain rocket boosters that can be fired by double tapping .
Devices[]
Death Springs[]
These mortal coils pack a nasty isokinetic punch! Releasing one cluster will send them gravitating towards enemies, where they will explode on contact!

Location descriptions[]
(Accessed from the galactic map screen in Aphelion.)
Planet Cobalia[]
Planet Cobalia is the richest source of gelatonium in the Polaris galaxy. Cobalia fell under imperial control three years ago, and the rest of the galaxy has since been dependent on Emperor Tachyon's rationing of gelatonium fuel for all interstellar travel.
Planet Kortog[]
Stratus City was once the academic and intellectual capital of the Cerullean Sector. Its famed Hall of Knowledge is said to hold the secrets of the Great War and the history of both Cragmites and Lombaxes. However, the Hall of Knowledge has been under strict imperial guard ever since Tachyon's armies have occupied the city.
Planet Fastoon[]
Planet Fastoon was once the home world of the Lombax race. The planet was ravaged by war years ago and is now entirely abandoned. The location of the surviving Lombaxes remains one of the galaxy's great mysteries. Fastoon is now occupied solely by scavengers who hunt for scraps of Lombax technology.
Planet Mukow[]
The Imperial Fight Festival is an exclusive resort for Emperor Tachyon's most elite troops. Emperor Tachyon has been known to capture or lure his enemies to Planet Mukow, only to force them to fight to their deaths for the amusement of his troops.
Nundac Asteroid Ring[]
The Nundac Asteroid Ring, hidden in a remote part of the Cerullean Sector, is a breeding ground for deadly Leviathans. Famed explorer Max Apogee is rumored to have built a heavily guarded space fortress among these asteroids. Some say he must possess the key to the lost Lombax Secret, as no one would set up residence in the Nundac Asteroid Ring unless he was protecting something immeasurably precious.
Planet Ardolis[]
The notorious space pirate Captain Slag is said to have a hideout somewhere in the Irquol-Sul fjords of Planet Ardolis. Although no explorers have ever returned alive from the hideout, its location has been approximated by triangulating a pirate radio signal emanating from the planet.
Planet Rykan V[]
The lava refineries of Rykan V are the source of the metals used in the most advanced weapons and armor sold in the galaxy. The planet also has clear indications of a past Lombax presence, and as such has attracted the attention of Emperor Tachyon.
Planet Sargasso[]
Planet Sargasso is a dangerous and uninhabitable primordial swampland. It is infested with large and deadly creatures who will quickly make a meal out of any unwary explorer. The only advanced race known to travel to the planet are the fiercely territorial Kerchu. The Kerchu have built gelatonium drilling derricks on the planet, as Sargasso is one of the only planets containing gelatonium that is not under imperial control.
Kreeli Comet[]
The IRIS Supercomputer is the most ancient and powerful computer in the galaxy. Who created it and why have been long forgotten, but IRIS continues to be used as a form of intergalactic encyclopaedia and oracle. Some believe that the sheer computational power and massive storage of this supercomputer give it the eerie ability to predict future events.
Planet Viceron[]
As Percival Tachyon rose to power, Zordoom Prison quickly became the most feared location in the galaxy. Anyone who opposed Tachyon, or simply failed to show sufficiently gleeful obsequiousness, was sent away to Zordoom for life. There are no paroles or pardons from Zordoom. Any trip there, even as a visitor, is a guaranteed life sentence.
Planet Jasindu[]
Kerchu City is the capital of the Kerchu domain. The Kerchu are fiercely hostile to any form of trespass on their planets, but such transgressions are rare as all life forms in the galaxy are allergic to their species. The GrummelNet intergalactic travel guide puts Kerchu City above Zordoom Prison and the sulphur mines of Praxus VI on its list of worst vacation spots in the universe.
Ublik Passage[]
Long ago, the Ublik Passage was a common space route between the Verdigris and Praxus sectors. However, the passageway was made virtually unusable when the Cragmites detonated a nearby neutron star in order to block Allied Polaris convoys. The residual radiation has made the passage unusable to all but robots and the hardiest of organic life forms.
Planet Reepor[]
Planet Reepor was once the capitol of the Great Cragmite Empire. The Cragmites wiped out over a dozen races and decimated countless others at the pinnacle of their empire's rule. Percival Tachyon's empire, by comparison, is the merest shadow of the invincible power the Cragmite race once held.
