No official name has been given to this subject in any licensed Ratchet & Clank media; as such, a descriptive name was chosen.
The Thug grenadiers were Thugs-4-Less soldiers.
They wore red armor, making them less susceptible to damage than the average Thug, and threw grenades at Ratchet.[1]
