Security cameras,[1] also known as CCTV cameras,[2] are floating drones which appear at many high security locations.
Clank encountered security cameras during his missions in the Boltaire Museum, Fort Sprocket, and the spaceship graveyard. Ratchet had to avoid being spotted by them without a towel in some of the showers challenges, due to the paparazzi having snuck them in to get pictures.
The security cameras have no real offensive capabilities of their own, their only abilities are alerting every enemy to Clank's presence and breaking through his Holo-Monocle disguise upon spotting him. They can be taken out quietly with the Blackout Pen, though due to its low ammo it is generally a better use of resources to just sneak past them.
