The Agency vendor.
Secret Agent Clank features only one type of vendor; a vendor disguised as a phone booth, which belongs to the Agency, and requires bolts for currency. Each planet where Clank can physically move around features a vendor near the landing pad. Similar to Size Matters the vendor also sells weapon mods, gadgets, items, as well as melee upgrades for Clank's Clank Fu skills. Sold gadgets include the Agency PDA, Bolt Grabber, and Hypno-Watch. Sold mods are also unique to specific weapons, and are only for weapons used by Ratchet, although three mods become available for Clank in challenge mode.

In challenge mode vendors start selling the RYNO, as well as Proto (for Clank weapons) and Titan (for Ratchet weapons) upgrades for any upgraded weapons. The ammo price also increases, becoming three times as expensive.
The spaceship graveyard features a notably dilapidated vendor, although it still functions.

Ratchet's weapons[]
Five of Ratchet's nine weapons can be acquired for free, two from the first Prison Planet level, and the rest by finding them as Clank. This is off-set by the large number of mods (two per weapon, the RYNO excepted) that have to be purchased. Only two weapon mods, and all OmniWrench 10K mods, are acquired for free upon completing challenges. This also goes for the Gadgetron PDA and Slim Cognito's Bolt Extractor items.
Note that Ratchet cannot actually buy ammunition through any vendor other than the PDA during a match, as his guns are always stocked to full capacity on starting a round. Due to this the high prices are because of the PDA's price multiplier.
