Save Qwark from the Agorians, Win the Bronze Tournament, Win the Silver Tournament, and Win the Gold Tournament are missions in A Crack in Time, taking place in the Agorian Battleplex. After Captain Qwark was sent to the agorians by the fongoids, the agorians entered him in a battle he was not willing to compete in. Qwark begged Ratchet for help.
Walkthrough[]
Save Qwark from the Agorians[]
The Agorian Battleplex is an arena with a number of challenges that can be fought in for bolts and weapons. It can be entered at any time after "Defeat Libra to reach Lumos", meaning it is possible to travel to the battleplex before Lumos. Doing so may even be advisable to gain more bolts to use for weapons, but it means not having the Plasma Striker or Groovitron Glove, as they are available to buy at vendors only after reaching Lumos.
Equally, though it is possible to travel to the Agorian Battleplex before Zanifar, it is not possible to proceed with the main story on Zanifar before completing the Battleplex first.
When ready to begin the tournaments, land in the battleplex and take the elevator up to the lobby. Inside is an arcade game where Ratchet can play My Blaster Runs Hot, an optional minigame (but one that unlocks a trophy), and Mac Mackeroy can be talked to for lore. The teleporter at the end of the hallway past the lobby is where challenges can be entered.
Win the Bronze Tournament[]
The Bronze Tournament is the only tournament that you are required to complete to progress with the story. It contains five challenges. The fifth is a boss battle against a war grok, and awards the Negotiator weapon and the Nefarious Security Card that is required for the later mission "Deactivate the Containment Grid". A total of 12,500 bolts are earned by finishing the challenges, in addition to unique awards earned (a Zoni, Constructo mod, and a RYNO V holo-plan).
Win the Silver Tournament[]

The Silver Tournament boss battle.
The Silver Tournament is optional but worth completing, as its final challenge (another boss battle, this time against the elite hydra tank) awards the Spiral of Death weapon. The bolt prizes for these challenges are also much higher at 25,000 total and each contain unique awards, including the Box Basher 2000.
Win the Gold Tournament[]

The Gold Tournament boss battle.
The Gold Tournament is also optional, and its final challenge (a boss battle against both the elite hydra tank and war grok) awards the Constructo Shotgun, a versatile and very effective weapon. With yet again a higher bolts award at 39,500, and unique awards including the Armor Magnetizer, it is ideal and possible to complete it before leaving the sector. Though its challenges are more difficult, none aside from the boss battles are dependent on your current weapons and levels or your armor to complete (as most have unique mechanics), meaning success will come down to player skill rather than progression.
