Trophies are collectibles in Ratchet & Clank. There are 47 trophies, most of which are for completing missions, obtaining collectibles, and completing certain tasks.

Collecting all trophies will unlock the platinum trophy The Hero of Heroes.

Unlike the original Ratchet & Clank, skill points do not appear, meaning trophies replace them.

Faster than a Speeding Amoeboid

This trophy is unlocked by completing the Gold Cup on Rilgar in under 1:35 seconds. The key is to be constantly boosting throughout the track and maintain maximum speed, avoiding every single explosive crate, and always cutting corners when available.

Kalebo Thunder

See also: Hoverboard racing § Gadgetron Headquarters

This trophy is unlocked by completing the Gold Cup on Kalebo III in under 2:05 seconds. The best way to earn this trophy is to take every shortcut on the track in all three laps, and to otherwise avoid explosive crates as often as possible. This should unlock the trophy.

Kerwan Gladiator

This trophy is unlocked be completing the Captain Qwark Fitness Course in Aleero City, Kerwan, in under 70 seconds. The best way to earn this trophy is to constantly remain on the move without slowing down, and to never fall from one of the towers. While remaining patient for platforms to move in the correct position on the second island of the course is important, feel free to use the Helipack (or Thrusterpack if attempted later) to skip them if feeling confident.

Clank Crusher

This trophy is obtained on Quartu by crushing five gadgebots in the Clank area visited during "Disable the security lasers". At the point before the second puzzle in this area, a powerbot must be used to activate a machine which raises a crusher and allows Clank to proceed. Head through and pick up a gadgebot, then throw it under the crusher, and remove the powerbot to cause the crusher to come down and destroy the gadgebot. A gadgebot will respawn just by you, so throw the powerbot to reactivate the machine raising the crusher again, and repeat the process four times until the trophy is unlocked.

That Sinking Feeling

This trophy is obtained on Aridia by knocking a constructorbot into the quicksand in the area in the McMarx Sports Shack visited during the mission "Find Skidd's Agent". In the area where the mission starts, with constructorbots close to conveyor belts, swing the OmniWrench in melee range to hit one of the constructorbots until it is knocked back into the quicksand below.

I Hate Lamp

This trophy is obtained in Aleero City, Kerwan, by breaking every lamp in the city. This trophy is obtained from the beginning of Downtown Aleero City (visited during the mission "Find a route to the Hall of Heroes") up until the grav-train station. Hit each lamp with the OmniWrench to earn the trophy.

Not My Job

This trophy is obtained in Blackwater City, Rilgar, by allowing the extermibots to kill 35 amoeboids on their own. This is achieved along the "Travel to the hoverboard event" mission route. To do this, whenever amoeboids and extermibots engage in combat, step back and allow them to fight each other, without intervening, and simply kill the remaining enemies left over. Eventually, the trophy should be obtained.

Top Gunner

This trophy is obtained in the Blarg Research Outpost, Gaspar, once the XK-81 Jetpack is obtained. To do this, simply fly around with the jetpack and fire at enemies on the ground below. Easy enemies to kill are sandsharks found from sandshark nests or other similarly weak enemies, by firing ranged weapons capable of dealing with many small enemies quickly such as the Sheepinator or Combuster. Once 40 are killed, the trophy is unlocked.

When Sheep Fly

This trophy is obtained by using the Sheepinator to morph a blarg heli-commander. Heli-commanders are best encountered in Aleero City, Kerwan. The best way to achieve this trophy is to encounter one during a challenge mode playthrough with the Sheepinator already earned.

Warbots Into Plowshares

Also known as "Warbots Into Ploughshares" in the PAL release. This trophy is achieved by destroying the warbots on the conveyor belt that are inactive. It can be achieved either during the mission "Infiltrate the factory", or by simply teleporting in after missions are complete, flying to long conveyor belt from the middle on the right with inactivate warbots passing through, and destroying them with either the wrench or a weapon such as the Warmonger.

Pool Sharks Are The Worst

This trophy is obtained on Jowai Resort, Pokitaru, by getting eaten by a sharkigator. It is best achieved after the O2 Mask is obtained from "Clean up Amoeboids in Pumping Station". To achieve this, simply swim to the very edge of the map, and keep swimming. Eventually, a sharkigator will swim up and bite you, killing you and unlocking the trophy.

Character Assassination

This trophy is obtained in the Deplanetizer, by destroying all the planet models in Drek's office. Simply hit the planet models around his room with the OmniWrench to unlock it. This can be obtained during the missions "Head to the Bridge" on the first visit or "Locate the Gravity Stabilizer" on the second.

Et tu, Copernicus?

This trophy is obtained in the Deplanetizer during the second visit. With the Hologuise active, enter the final hallway before the final large open room and wave at the doors to be allowed through. The area is not visible on your map. The easiest way to guarantee you obtain it is to wave at all the doors until it is obtained, and to check your map to see if you are in a hallway that is not shown on the map.

Lazy Lombax

This trophy is obtained in the Gadgetron Headquarters, Kalebo III. From where the Gadgetron lobby is obtained, step on the catwalks leading back to your ship, but when you step on them, do not move until you reach the end. Then, head to the next catwalk and repeat. After you have stood on all the catwalks, and rode them without moving, you can obtain the trophy.

Death By Disco

This trophy is obtained by using the Groovitron on every enemy type at least once. It is easiest to obtain this trophy on a challenge mode playthrough. You can use your first playthrough and first challenge mode playthrough combined; however, if a second challenge mode playthrough is begun, the counter resets. Hit every type of enemy (including obscure enemies, such as the tentacles on the train during "Ride the train to the Hall of Heroes") to obtain it.

Cha-ching!

This trophy is obtained by reaching the maximum bolt multiplier in a challenge mode playthrough. The easiest way to obtain this trophy is by using the RYNO against all enemies and dodging constantly. Defeat enough enemies and you will reach a multiplier of 20, the maximum possible multiplier. It may be easiest to obtain this when fighting sandsharks on Aridia, such as during "Help Skidd get to his ship".
