The Plasma Beasts was a weapon in Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. It was a glove that threw out synthetic blobs, called Plasma Beasts, that laid dormant until they sensed enemies. They then came out of the ground and lunged themselves on enemies. The Plasma Beasts was similar to the Agents of Doom from Up Your Arsenal, but the beasts did not move. The Plasma Beasts was first available on Planet Cobalia for 15,000 bolts. The Plasma Beasts would attack Drophyds that were out of their suits. Trivia
- When thrown, a green gooey substance is left behind which looks like Gelatonium. Thereby, they are thought to be part Gelatonium. To support this, when using this while Tumfoids are abundant, they will start to eat the goo as they eat normal Gelatonium.
