The Nebulox Seven is a location in Into the Nexus. It is a Polaris Defense Force-operated prison ship holding dangerous criminals from the Polaris Galaxy. The Nebulox was used to transport Vendra Prog to the Vartax Detention Facility.
Ratchet, Clank, Cronk, and Zephyr guarded the ship while it was in the Cerullean Sector transporting Vendra Prog. However, an assault from Neftin Prog and hired Thugs-4-Less forces freed her. Vendra and Neftin Prog then destroyed the ship in an asteroid belt in the Cerullean Sector, and its remains later crashed in the Hagrow Swampland on planet Thram.

After Neftin and Vendra Prog assaulted Pollyx Industries, Vendra was captured. Six months later, she was given a quintuple life sentence at the Vartax Detention Facility and assigned to the Nebulox Seven for transport.[2] Vendra was placed in cryosleep for the journey, while Ratchet, Clank, Cronk, and Zephyr were assigned to the ship. Ratchet attempted to shorten the trip by piloting through an asteroid belt in the Cerullean Sector.[3] Meanwhile, Neftin Prog bribed elected officials to locate the ship, hired Thugs-4-Less, and coordinated a galaxy-wide crime wave to free her.[4]

Two hours from the Vartax Detention Center, a rupture in the deck three power grid caused a power failure. While investigating, Polaris Defense Captain Talwyn Apogee contacted them and, since they were close to Vartax, recommended taking Vendra out of cryosleep to speed up the transfer.[3] After Cronk and Zephyr awoke Vendra Prog, another power fluctuation occurred,[5] and she telepathically manipulated aspects of the ship to try and kill Ratchet and Clank, such as activating elevators to crush them.[6] Cronk and Zephyr countered this by rerouting power to an external generator,[7] while Ratchet and Clank went to the containment wing to secure Vendra Prog.

Shortly after, the Thugs-4-Less fleet led by Neftin Prog arrived, firing omnirockets at the Nebulox Seven[8] and planting pyrocidic blaster mines throughout the ship.[9] Ratchet and Clank attempted to stop Thugs from freeing Vendra Prog. Neftin boarded to rescue his sister, though she berated him for taking so long. Against his hesitation, she detonated the mines to destroy the ship and kill Cronk and Zephyr.[4] Ratchet and Clank escaped the exploding vessel using grav-leaping, while Thugs-4-Less abandoned the chase, believing they had died in space.[10]
Debris from the Nebulox Seven eventually landed on planet Thram.[11] Among the wreckage was a Gadgetron vault containing the Plumber, who hid inside with its keys.[12]

The Nebulox Seven is a large rectangular ship, taller than it is wide, with a pair of narrow, flat wings on either side. Numerous mag-surfaces are present on the ship's interior, such as most room's ceilings, and exterior, such as the wings, for maintenance purposes.
The bridge, used to control and fly the ship, features a captain-and-co-captain setup with two chairs. Ratchet, Clank, Cronk, and Zephyr monitored Vendra Prog in the nearby monitoring station, a room centered around a main computer.
Prisoners are held in the ship's containment wing. Vendra Prog was kept in a Maximum Security Containment Cell in the Containment Wing while being escorted to the Vartax Detention Center. She deactivated the proton field holding her in the cell and shut down the gravity generator after being woken from cryosleep en route to the detention center. Ratchet and Clank had to reactivate the proton field using battery bots.
Adjacent to the containment wing is the loading bay, where Ratchet and Clank were shot out of the airlock after Vendra Prog took control of the ship.
