Mrs. Zurkon is a minor character appearing in Rift Apart. She has a dimensional counterpart in Rivet's dimension named Ms. Zurkon whom she is physically identical to but with slightly different color schemes. She is the wife of Mr. Zurkon and mother of Zurkon Jr. She and her counterpart serve as Rift Apart's vendors; providing Ratchet and Rivet with weapons, ammunition, and Raritanium upgrade services.
Mrs. Zurkon only appears as a vendor on Megalopolis in Ratchet's dimension; both the opening and final level, with her counterpart Ms. Zurkon being the primary vendor of Rift Apart. She does not ever interact with Rivet and her vendor is only used by Ratchet. Upon encountering her the first time in Challenge Mode, she will declare Ratchet as her favorite customer and that he now has access to the very exclusive, omega line of weapons.
She converses with a rather stilted robotic voice, unlike her much more distinct counterpart, who speaks with what sounds like a thick southern belle accent and speech inflections. When speaking, she refers to herself in the third person frequently the same as her husband and son would.

Rift Apart[]
After Dr. Nefarious steals the Dimensionator early into Rift Apart, Ratchet and Clank pursue him through Megalopolis until they end up in a rooftop park area across from the city's train station. Here Ratchet spots Mrs. Zurkon and decides it would be wise to acquire a weapon from her before proceeding further against the Goons-4-Less the Doctor had hired to assist him. She later appears on a landing platform at the garden area, just before Ratchet and Clank's battle against Dr. Nefarious in his Party Crasher ship. Soon after this fight, Nefarious uses the Dimensionator to bring Ratchet and Clank with him to Rivet's dimension, where Ms. Zurkon takes over all vendor services for the vast majority of Rift Apart.
In the final mission of Rift Apart, Dr. Nefarious' dimensional counterpart; Emperor Nefarious, invaded Ratchet and Clank's dimension with his armies using a new Dimensionator and began his subjugation with Megalopolis. Ratchet, Clank and their united allies, followed the Emperor's forces through a rift back to the city to fend off the attack. Just before jumping into the fight, Ratchet meets back up with Mrs. Zurkon again to buy resources one last time before the final battle. This makes her the very first and very last vendors encountered in Rift Apart.
