Infiltrate the Citadel is a mission in A Crack in Time, taking place in the Valkyrie Citadel on planet Vapedia. After entering the Bernilius Sector, Alister Azimuth picked up a distress call, asking what Ratchet thought of it. Ratchet realized it was Clank's signature, and the two decided to head for the source of the signal on planet Vapedia. Upon landing, they found out the call came from inside the citadel and went to try and find a way inside.

Visit the nearby weapons vendor to purchase the Mag-Net Launcher, a ranged net cannon that temporarily disables enemies while also dealing some damage. It is best used to disable strong to medium-strength enemies, giving it a similar role to the CryoMine Glove (although with more damage dealt, and targeted more easily).
Follow the path across the island, dealing with the teratropes as you go, until you reach a hover bolt. Use it and the nearby kick pads to land on the next island.
After landing, use the next hover bolt to launch yourself off of one of the two accelerator ramps. Each ramp leads to a battery bot, both of which you need to gain access to the oil dispenser. The left ramp leads to an island with teratropes and Breegus wasps; the right one leads to an island with zyphoids and zyphoid spawners. After unlocking the door to the oil receptacle, use it to lubricate the other hover bolt and launch yourself to the next island.
Here you will encounter the first valkyrie combatants, which act differently depending on the weapon they use. The valkyries with a hammer use hammer blows and spinning attacks, but are easily dealt with by keeping your distance. The others throw rocket-propelled javelins with great accuracy and can also appear with jetpack wings. Upon taking some damage, the flying valkyries will fall to the ground, often enough conveniently to their death due to the location of their citadel.
The valkyries are not very dangerous and are easily dispatched with all your weapons, including the CryoMine Glove and Mag-Net Launcher for disabling them, and the Negotiator, Plasma Striker, Buzz Blades, Spiral of Death, and Constructo Shotgun for taking them out depending on the situation.
After defeating all valkyries and their reinforcements, head through the center tower. You will need to unlock the loading platform here to reach the nearby airship to the citadel. The platform key is a bolt crank with two extra prongs that can be moved with the kinetic tether. In this case, you need to extend both prongs so that they can fit in the bright blue slots, as rotating the platform will cause them to match appropriately.
Upon reaching the citadel, you have to unlock a second platform, this time with four prongs. Three of these will already be extended, and you only need to extend one and retract another. First, retract the only odd one out, then extend the other one so that the prongs are mirrored from before, and rotate the crank to move the bridge. Follow Alister to trigger a cutscene, after which you will continue with "Track Down Cassiopeia".
