The hoverbike is a vehicle in Deadlocked. It is an anti-gravity bike manufactured by Vox Industries . Hoverbikes are used for combat sports in DreadZone . Ratchet first uses a hoverbike in the checkpoint challenges "Hoverbike Madness" on Catacrom Four, and "Check Me Out" on Sarathos. Later, he uses them again in the drone hunt challenge "Seek and Destroy", and to move around during "The Turn On", both on on planet Torval.
The hoverbike made by Vox Industries has a sharper and sleeker design than its Megacorp counterpart. It can also move sideways and hop slightly, but only has two machine guns mounted on the front and no other usable weapons. Said guns are only usable to destroy small targets, such as explosive barrels.
Vox News also ran a segment in which Juanita Alvaro tied Ratchet to Biker One and Two for participating in "illegal hoverbike gangs", referring to his time racing using Megacorp hoverbikes in the Bogon Galaxy and using a forged image.[1]
