Template:Appearances The Help Matron,[1] also known as the Gadgetron Vendor Bot,[2] is a minor character in Going Commando. She is an old female robot who worked for Gadgetron Corporation since the beginning[3], and sold Gadgetron weapons in a store in an abandoned Gadgetron site in Vukovar Canyon on planet Barlow in the Bogon Galaxy. Ratchet encountered her during "Find the Desert Riders", coming across her shop right before meeting the leader of the Desert Riders, where she sold him five Gadgetron weapons which he had used on his previous adventure, as well as the RYNO II.
The Help Matron has the appearance of an aged hotbot, as her attire and hair strongly resemble Gadgetron's HelpDesk Girl, though she is much larger and more plump. She describes herself as "old fashioned", and is touchy when Ratchet offers to repair her vacuum tube.
The Help Matron briefly appeared in Up Your Arsenal in the audience watching the premiere of the Secret Agent Clank movie.
