Ratchet encountered her while on planet Barlow selling weapons from the Solana Galaxy. She said that the weapons sold themselves and did not charge Ratchet if he had proof of working for Gadgetron in the previous year. She appeared to be a regular Gadgetron robot who stayed in the Bogon Galaxy after the corporation left. She was either abandoned or stationed there by Gadgetron. Regardless, the Help Matron was later seen at the premiere for the Secret Agent Clank holo-film back in the Solana Galaxy.
In Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, she could be found in the audience of the Secret Agent Clank premiere.
