The Hall of Knowledge was a large building on Kortog containing information about various topics, such as the Great War, historical archives, wildlife studies, and points of interest.
In Tools of Destruction, it was strictly off limits to pedestrians so that they could not learn anything about it; however, Ratchet went in, and he and Clank discovered planet Fastoon, which was a Lombax planet. This came from the database, but before Clank could say any more, Ratchet rushed him out there before the security came in and caught them.
In All 4 One, Cronk signed up for an online subscription to the Hall of Knowledge galactic database, which he and Zephyr used to help Ratchet, Clank, Qwark, and Nefarious survive the dangers of planet Magnus.
Behind the scenes
It was mentioned in All 4 One that not sending designs (such as the design of Commander Spog) to the Hall of Knowledge was a violation of galactic statute thirty-nine-delta. One can issue a citation for unregistered designs.
