Grungarian soldiers,[1] also known as soldiers[2] or gatling minions in concept art,[3] are enemies in Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault. They are armored grungarian marauders that serve as ranged units. They are first encountered in the Hidden City of Balkai and have orange skin and several horns protruding from their heads.

Overview[]
Armed with rapid-fire gatling guns, grungarian soldiers lay down heavy fire against their enemies. While they prefer to attack from a distance, they remain dangerous in close-quarters combat. Some use jetpacks to attack from the air. They also hide behind walls to ambush enemies and fire from cover.
Elite grungarian soldiers wield more powerful gatling guns with a slight homing effect, making them much more accurate and dangerous, and capable of destroying a generator in seconds.
Campaign[]
Grungarian soldiers appear in the Hidden City of Balkai and GrummelNet Plasma Harvester levels. Elite soldiers are fought exclusively in the Hidden City of Balkai, Snow Storm and Zurgo's Lair of Doom levels.
Multiplayer[]
In the competitive multiplayer, grungarian soldiers are the only enemy units that do not appear in any form after they were removed from guarding node 1 on Ebaro following a patch. However, a cosmetic multiplayer skin for the grungarian soldier is available after collecting five gold bolts.
