Trophies are collectibles in the PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita (Ratchet & Clank Collection) versions of Going Commando. There are 35 trophies, most of which are for collecting skill points and reaching various milestones. Many trophy images are taken directly from All 4 One.
Collecting all trophies will unlock the platinum trophy He Went Commando.
