Fungal pirates[1] are enemies in Secret Agent Clank. They are space pirates that Qwark claimed to have defeated in the spaceship graveyard after they captured a group of space nuns, occurring during "Qwarkography, Ch. 4". They had set up a base inside a large rock held by the space kudzu, with the floor of this cave being littered with skulls.

There are two types of fungal pirates faced during "Qwarkography, Ch. 4"; sword wielding and gun toting, though the pirates also attacked by operating cannons they had set up on the kudzu. Both versions of fungal pirate are able to travel around inside parts of the kudzu's body, as they would occasionally jump out of vents on it. Qwark's fists can easily eliminate any pirate in a single hit, although those carrying pistols are prone to accidentally killing their own when they block their own line of fire.
The cactus pirates from another of Qwark's tales act similarly to the space pirates.
