Ratchet & Clank Wiki

In Full Frontal Assault, trophies are a set of achievements awarded for completing specific in-game tasks. The game features 23 trophies in total. Unlike previous entries in the series, most trophies are awarded for completing gameplay challenges rather than finding collectibles.

Trophies are tied to campaign completion, multiplayer matches, and specific combat feats, with many achievable in either campaign or competitive multiplayer. Notably, "Hero Academy" cannot be done alone, as it requires playing a ranked match and the game's online community has low player activity. Other online trophies can be earned solo in custom matches.

Collecting all other trophies will unlock the platinum trophy "The Collector".

Guide[]

This section provides strategies for earning some of the more complex trophies.

A Night at the Mansion[]

This trophy requires you to make eight bunnies dance simultaneously. Bunnies are created by using the Transmorpher Mine on enemies, which unlocks on the Ebaro snowstorm level. Because the mines are expensive (1,500 bolts), you will need to save up before attempting this.

The best place to earn this is the Korgon Refinery. Ignore the first wave and focus on opening weapon pods until you acquire the Groovitron Glove. Let a large number of grungoids gather at one of your generators, then place a Transmorpher Mine on a nearby pad. Once the enemies have turned into bunnies, throw a Groovitron to make them dance and unlock the trophy. If possible, saving enough bolts for two or three mines in case your first attempt doesn't catch enough enemies can be helpful.

Intergalactic Dance Party[]

This trophy requires you to use the Groovitron Glove on every enemy type at least once, including the elite versions found in the later levels. The required enemies are: anthropod, grungoid, grungoid turret, grungarian brawler, Missile Minion, grungarian soldier, grungarian demolitionist, grungarian bomber, wrecking drone, grungarian tank, grungoth, and Stuart Zurgo in his Qwark mech. The cleaner bots inside the Starship Phoenix II are the only enemies exempt from this trophy.

Keep track of rare enemies, as some only appear before the Glove is initially available (meaning levels must be revisited). Anthropods only appear in Korgon Refinery. Missile Minions appear in the Refinery and the first Balkai level. Wrecking drones only appear in the GrummelNet Plasma Harvester and Zurgo's Lair levels. The grungoth is exclusive to the second Balkai (snowstorm) level. The tank also only appears in the last three levels. All other standard grungarians appear frequently, with their elite versions guaranteed to appear in the final two campaign levels.

Defenseless[]

To earn this trophy, you must complete a campaign level (excluding the final boss) without building any turrets, mines, or barriers. The Korgon Refinery is the easiest level for this attempt. Having weapons at V3 or higher is highly recommended. A V5 Doppelbanger is particularly effective, as its decoys can hold a lane against most enemies on their own.

Over the Top[]

This trophy requires beating the developer challenge times on at least three of the five main campaign levels. These "Insomniac Challenge" times are hidden skill points and are much stricter than the standard "Speed Run Olympian" medals. The target times are:

  • Korgon Refinery: 7:43
  • Hidden City of Balkai: 12:54
  • GrummelNet Plasma Harvester: 20:31
  • Hidden City of Balkai, Snow Storm: 19:28
  • Zurgo's Lair of Doom: 8:26

It is recommended to attempt this on the first, second, and fifth levels, as they are the shortest. Having V5 weapons is almost essential as well. The most useful are the Combuster, Pyro Blaster, Doppelbanger, and Warmonger. Playing in co-op significantly simplifies the challenge, as two players can divide tasks like opening pods, capturing nodes and activating the Planetary Defense Center. To save time, only open the minimum number of weapon pods required to complete the objectives, as too many can trigger an attack wave that slows you down.

Be aware that all cutscenes, including level intros, exit sequences, and activation animations, count toward your total time, making the actual time you have to play even shorter than it appears.
