Flying hypos[1] are enemies in Size Matters, encountered during the "??????????" mission in Dreamtime. They are strange, flying needle creatures that appear by teleporting, and will attempt to stab Ratchet. They are also capable of appearing through mirrors, and breaking a mirror will cause multiple to appear instead of one.
Flying hypos pose little threat, as they are slow to reach Ratchet, and are not very durable. They can be quickly dispatched using the Concussion Gun or Scorcher, but the Suck Cannon is most effective.
