Find Directions to Volgram Pass and Travel to the Hollow are missions in A Crack in Time, taking place in Molonoth Fields on Torren IV. Captain Qwark learns that the rebel Alister Azimuth lives on Torren IV, leading Ratchet to head for the planet to find him.
Walkthrough[]
The initial mission upon arriving in Vela Sector is "Travel to Molonoth Fields, Planet Torren IV". Though it is possible to explore the sector and its moons, it is recommended for now to head straight to Torren IV.
After landing, the initial mission is "Find Directions to Volgram Pass". Start by looking around, ensuring you find the two stacks of camo crates, which are almost invisible and contain more bolts than normal crates.
Use the platforms along the cliffside to reach a rotatable platform next to a spring pad, both maneuverable with the kinetic tether. Upon reaching the clifftop above, you will find a vullard who tells you how to reach Volgram Pass by going through the Hollow. Use the catapult next to him to launch yourself to the other side of the area, where you will wake several thrashers. These enemies disguise themselves as trash and use melee attacks when they get close.
Use the next catapult and watch out for the thrasher with a mounted gun inside the tunnel, which is a ranged variant. Follow the path until you reach the large robot head, which instructs you to find the entrance yourself. Follow the cliff path to spot a Zoni, which you should grab. Use the kinetic tether on the spring pad first, followed by the pole next to it, then quickly use the spring pad to land on the platform before it moves back in place.
Next, ride a short grind rail section, after which you will meet the vullard controlling the 'Guardian' robot. Follow him and use the OmniWrench to grab the Battery bot and throw it into the nearby socket. After a cutscene, you will gain access to the Hollow and can continue with the next mission, "Help End Code 11-13".
