Undead sandsharks are creatures from a nightmare dimension where the living dead are common. They are the nightmare dimension's counterparts to the sandsharks.

The collapsing of the dimensions caused by the destruction of the Dimensionator had allowed several variants of undead skeletal creatures from a nightmare dimension to begin breaking into Rivet's dimension through rifts in places like Zurkie's. undead sandsharks are encountered in the Battleplex Bronze Cup challenge "A Grunthor Named Sue", fighting alongside the titular skeletal undead grunthor and later in the Gold Cup challenge "Manglers Are Forever". They feature some boosted stats from their normal version, being able to take multiple hits from the Mangler's shockwave attack, but they are still swarmer enemies and will go down in 1 hit from any of Rivet's weapons.
Rivet seems to be particularly afraid of these, as she swears she has had nightmares involving skeletal sandsharks before.
