Doctor Qwarks[1] are enemies in Size Matters, encountered in the "??????????" mission in Dreamtime. They are nightmarish versions of Captain Qwark wearing a doctor's outfit, wielding chainsaws. When Ratchet first entered the Dreamtime, he was confronted by visions of these, as well as Skrunch dressed in a nurse's outfit, attempting to cut him open in a vision of the Medical Outpost Omega, before fleeing through a door. Within the Dreamtime sequence itself, Doctor Qwarks would appear throughout and attack Ratchet.
Doctor Qwarks will attack by throwing their chainsaw at Ratchet, and then grabbing a new one from their first aid kit in their left hand. These enemies are fairly durable, but can be defeated effectively with the Lacerator or Agents of Doom. Another useful method is to use the Suck Cannon to pull in flying hypos and then fire them at Qwark.
