Detonoids[1] are enemies in Tools of Destruction. They are small robots that self-destruct on contact, fought in the Imperial Fight Festival challenges on Mukow. Detonoids attack by homing toward their target and starting a countdown before self-destructing.
Detonoids can deal strong damage if allowed to reach Ratchet, or can interrupt him and prove a nuisance if not dealt with. The Combuster, Shock Ravager, Shard Reaper and Tornado Launcher are very effective weapons at deal with multiple at once, and it is ideal to prioritize defeating them before attacking other targets.
Detonoids are extremely similar to the blargian seeker from the first Ratchet & Clank.
