Defeat the Thug Fleet is a mission in Going Commando taking place on planet Gorn. After they escaped the Thugs-4-Less prison on planet Aranos, Ratchet and Clank received a transmission from Angela Cross, who had infiltrated the Thugs-4-Less fleet. She told them she had found crucial information related to the Protopets, before being caught by the Thug Leader. Ratchet and Clank traced the transmission back to Gorn, and traveled there to find her. This mission only features space combat.

Before attempting this mission, it is a good idea to travel to Slim Cognito's Ship Shack to obtain upgrades. In particular, the Fusion Laser Cannons and Advanced Shielding System are particularly helpful.
After the mission is complete, consider completing the rest of the challenges on Gorn before traveling to the next mission, "Rescue Angela", on Snivelak.
