Catch Luna is a mission in Size Matters taking place in the Farming Cooperative on Dayni Moon. Ratchet and Clank chased Luna from Challax to the Dayni Moon, where they would confront her to find the coordinates for the technomite factory producing Ratchet clones.

Walkthrough[]

At the Gadgetron vendor, the Shock Rocket and Map-O-Matic are available. The Shock Rocket is an extremely useful weapon that will remain valuable for the rest of the game, while the Map-O-Matic simply reveals hidden locations for bolts on the map. Prioritize the Shock Rocket instead, as the Map-O-Matic is a luxury item that can be reserved for the end of the game. You can also attempt to win more fabulous prizes, namely Electroshock armor pieces and the Mootator from the nearby teleporter that leads to new Clank Challenges.

Head down the path to run into a flock of were-sheep, harmless herbivores during the day, but ferocious predators during the night that rely on ramming attacks. The Scorcher is effective against them, as is the Shock Rocket, or the Suck Cannon while they are untransformed. Further down the path a technomite heavy trooper will be encountered in front of a barnyard. They are more durable than when fought last time, and should be defeated using the Shock Rocket or Sniper Mine. You will automatically enter the barn if you approach the door, and be confronted by a group of hostile were-sheep. Defeat them, and then use the Sprout-O-Matic on the mimic plants in front. Direct the light blue mimic plant to the first patch of soil, and the purple mimic plant to the second, creating two large plants that can be bounced on to reach the top of a plateau.

After jumping across, head forward and Luna will unleash several were-sheep to attack a farmer, take them out, then proceed forward through a building. A technomite heavy trooper is attacking from the bridge adjacent, but can be taken out with the Shock Rocket to proceed. Head forward to another area where several were-sheep appear from haystacks, enough that you can easily be overwhelmed. If you last long enough it will eventually turn into daytime, effectively neutralizing them. The nearby red mimic plant will not fully form until daytime as well, so wait until it does, then use the launcher plant to be launched across to a plateau in the distance, then hop across the plants and glide down to the bottom of a tower, where two heavy troopers will ambush you.

The heavy troopers will not really support one another, so take care of one and then the other. After, direct the blue mimic plant to the soil in front of the tower's entrance, and the purple one to the soil closer to the cliff (using the Grind Lock and the soil inside leads to a titanium bolt and does not continue the mission path). Here, the Mega-Bomb helmet is obtained. Upon entering the barnyard here, Luna will activate several spinning blade hazards through it. Simply wait until they are withdrawn to proceed, refill ammo at the Gadgetron vendor, and run to the edge of the cliff to begin the next mission, ""Disable" Luna.
