"Disable" Luna is a mission in Size Matters, taking place in the Farming Cooperative on Dayni Moon. Ratchet and Clank confronted and fought Luna in her vehicle.
Defeating Luna will unlock the silver trophy Small but Deadly.
Walkthrough[]
The first stages of the boss battle require Ratchet to run through fields of wheat, away from Luna on a plane. She will periodically swoop down and shoot machine guns at you; simply run left or right to dodge them. Eventually, Luna's vehicle transforms into a harvester; jump over the rocks that appear until a cutscene triggers, followed by Ratchet ending up atop a towering platform. Run away from the falling boulders (telegraphed by their shadows) until another cutscene triggers, beginning the boss battle.
As the fight begins, Luna's vehicle will be in harvester form. She will charge across the tower, before then stopping to fire lasers from it, which is slightly telegraphed by the existing lighting on the harvester's blades concentrating into a smaller point. Jump over each of these attacks while firing back with the Shock Rocket or Dual Lacerators, as every other weapon is likely not strong enough or has insufficient range. After losing more health, Luna's vehicle will begin firing gas bombs, which are telegraphed by a reticule on the ground; avoid these and she will either charge forward in harvester form or fire lasers (this time more than before). The same tactic applies. Later in the battle, Luna will fire lasers in three rounds while in harvester form, with the third round covering most of the platform.
Note that after the boulders, there will be four nanotech crates for you to bust. These same crates will also block new ammo crates from spawning if they remain. If you die during the fight, you will respawn back at the Gadgetron vendor and teleporter.
After Luna is destroyed, you will immediately begin the next mission, "Defeat all Technomites", which takes place inside Clank.
